The free tier lets you design your external wall layout, make manual adjustments,
and import PDF/IFC plans. You can export an optimised foundation plan PDF.
No credit card required — just register with your email.
What does the Single Project tier include?
Single Project gives you full access to every feature — openings, elevations, quantities,
reinforcing, cost manager, and all exports — for one building. It's a one-off $50 payment
with 1 year of access. You can edit your project as many times as you like.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Builder and Professional subscriptions include a 7-day free trial.
You'll enter your card details at signup, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't pay a thing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! Builder and Professional subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe,
our secure payment processor. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Which ICF brands are supported?
ICF Designer is brand-agnostic and supports Nudura, BuildBlock, Fox Blocks, Logix,
and other major ICF systems. Block dimensions and product lines are built into the tool.
